2. Using a stand mixer or electric hand mixer with mixing bowl to mix: cream cheese, heavy cream, sour cream, lemon juice, and 1 ½ tbsp of the powdered sweetener. Mix until combined and creamy. Set aside.
3. Arrange cheese slices on parchment paper and bake for 5 to 8 minutes, or until the edges of cheese start to brown. Remove from oven and let cool for 1 to 2 minutes (leave the oven on)
4. Add 2 tsp of the cream cheese mixture to the middle of a corner of each cheese slice and place 2 to 3 pieces of the chopped peach on top. Fold cheese over making a triangle shape and press the outer edge down. It won’t seal but should stay folded (will seal once returned to oven).

Note: this layer isn't particularly sweet, so if you prefer it sweeter you might like to double the amount of sweetener used.
3. Divide the cream mixture between four bowls or glasses. Let cool, then transfer to the fridge for at least an hour or until set.
4. To make the peach layer, prepare a packet of Simply Delish Peach Jel Dessert according to the pack instructions.
