Oatmeal Cookies For Kidney Disease

  • Sugar and butter
For this recipe, I wanted to use classic ingredients like sugar and butter. On the other hand, to obtain cookies that have acceptable nutritional values, I minimized as much as possible the amount of sugar and fat without compromising the taste too much.
  • More flavor
One trick I used in this recipe was the addition of spices to compensate for the reduced amount of sugar and I think it worked really well in this particular recipe.
