    1. In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, yeast and water until combined. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rise for 6-12 hours.
    2. Transfer the dough onto a floured work surface and dust the top of the dough with flour. The dough will be very sticky, gently shape the dough into a ball using a spatula or your hands. It doesn't need to be perfect!
    3. Place dough in a bowl lined with parchment paper. While the dough is resting, preheat the oven to 450°F with the Dutch oven. Once at 450°F, let the Dutch oven preheat for 15 more minutes.
