Servings: 2Cuisine: AmericanTotal Time: 1 hr 5 mins1. Measure the heavy whipping cream, sweetener and salt into a microwave safe bowl that is much larger than the amount of ingredients. (I used a two cup measuring bowl to hold this 5 tablespoons of ingredients.)** See Note!!
2. Whisk the ingredients together and place, uncovered, into a microwave oven.
3. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Remove and stir carefully with the whisk (it likes to boil up as you stir when it's hot.)
4. Return to the microwave for another minute. Microwave temps vary mine is getting just a tad brown when I remove it.
