You want it to be soft and slightly melted. Stir until smooth.Step3Add the honey and vanilla extract to the melted almond butter. Stir until smooth. Pour over the oat mixture and stir until well combined. Stir in the raisins.Step4Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1-2 tablespoons per ball. Place in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.Step5Note-if you don't like raisins, you can use dried cranberries or chocolate chips instead.
