Even the ‘healthier’ no bake cookies have loads of honey, syrup and whole wheat oats, none of which are low carb ingredients. Which is why you wont find a recipe for low carb chocolate oatmeal no bake cookies. One of traditional no bake cookie will rack in about 19g of carbs, 18 of which are pure sugar.
Our explanation- These no bake cookies are meant to be a low carb, keto snack approved version of a traditional NO BAKE COOKIE. Which... is nothing like a cookie at all. They too, tend to have a more fudge like texture. As for the peanut butter flavor-These taste like peanut butter unless you add cocoa to make the chocolate peanut butter version.
