1. Trim up the steak if there is any visible fat. Tenderize each side with a meat tenderizer.
2. Mince the garlic cloves and finely chop the rosemary if using fresh. Combine all the marinade ingredients into a large plastic, sealable bag. Or use a shallow container with a lid. Add the steak and seal the bag. Mix the marinade all around so the ingredients combine with each other. Then squeeze the air out of the bag and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
3. Remove the steak from the fridge, leave it in the bag and let it sit at room temp for 30 minutes.
4. Remove the steak from the bag and blot off the marinade. Preheat the indoor grill on max grill. When it says "ADD FOOD" lay the steak on the grill surface and press the steak down onto the grill surface.

1. In a ziplock bag, add the London broil and all seasonings. No particular order required.
2. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. The longer the beef is in the marinade, the better. You really want the flavors to soak into the beef. The marinade helps to tenderize the beef as well.
3. Remove the London Broil from ziplock bag and place into your grill using the grill rack. I used the NINJA FOODI GRILL XL but any grill or oven would do the trick. Close the grill lid.
4. Turn Ninja Foodi Grill on and select "Broil" at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes to achieve a medium-well temperature.
