1. Heat a teaspoon of oil in a pan and add turmeric and salt. Stir and add the puffed rice. Roast them on low heat for about 3-4 minutes or until crispy. Set aside to cool.
2. In a mixing bowl add the puffed rice, besan sev, peanuts, tomatoes, potatoes, onions, and green chilli .
3. Mix well to combine. Stir in spices and salt.
4. Finally add mint chutney, coriander chutney, coriander leaves, and juice of a lemon.
