4. Add orange cubes, apples, pomegranate seeds, green pepper, cucumber, tomatoes and green chilli to the sprouted moong, mix well. Add salt, freshly ground black pepper, chaat masala, lime juice and coriander leaves; stir well. Salt was added to sprouted moong while boiling, so keep that in mind while adding salt to salad.
