2. Heat oven to 350ºF. Roll dough into 1 1/4-inch balls. (I portion my dough into 7/8-oz (28g) balls using my digital scale.) Dip balls in sugar and place sugared side up on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely on sheet pan before eating.
