Category: DrinksServings: 6Total Time: 10 mins1. In a large pitcher, Muddle limes, sugar, and limes. Once juices are all released and the scent of mint fills the room it should be ready for the rum. Add the rum and stir to dissolve the sugar as best as you can.
2. For best results, place pitcher into the refrigerator to help macerate the limes further and the flavors to come together. It is best to do this step at least 2 hours before you want to serve this. You can do the next step immediately but it is best when it sits.
3. Once ready to serve, pour in the club soda and stir.
4. Fill highball glasses about 3/4 with ice and add a few lime slices or wedges. Pour in mojito to fill the glass. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Once boiling, stir, then remove from heat. Add the mint leaves and allow the simple syrup to steep and cool for 30 minutes. You can choose to leave-in or strain-out out the mint leaves. I like to keep them in because they have a softer texture than fresh mint leaves. No muddling required!
2. Set out a large pitcher. Pour in the rum, mint simple syrup, and lime juice. Stir to combine.
