DirectionsStep1Whisk cornstarch, sugar, and one cup of coconut milk. Set aside.Step2Heat remaining coconut milk on the stovetop in a saucepan until bubbling.Step3While whisking the boiling coconut milk, slowly pour in the cornstarch mixture.Step4Continuously whisking, bring the mixture back up to a simmer. Continue whisking for another minute to let the mixture thicken but do not bring to a full boil.Step5Take coconut mixture off the heat. Whisk in the coconut extract, if using. Pour haupia mixture into a nonstick or greased 8x8" pan.Step6Cover with plastic wrap pressed directly onto the surface of the haupia mixture. This prevents it from developing a dried out skin on the surface.Step7Let set in the fridge for four hours or overnight. When set, cut into rectangles, and it's ready to serve!IngredientsIngredients2 13.5-ounces cansCoconut Milk5 tablespoonsCornstarch6 tablespoonsSugar1 teaspoonCoconut Extract (optional)NutritionalNutritional123 Calories10 gTotal Fat8 gCarbohydrate6 mgSodium1 gProteinFrom mochimommy.comRecipeDirectionsIngredientsNutritionalExplore furtherEasy Haupia - Allrecipesallrecipes.comAuthentic Hawaiian Haupia Recipe - Mashedmashed.comSuper Easy Chocolate Haupia Pie Recipe - Mochi Mommymochimommy.comEasy haupia cake will be a crowd pleaser - Hawaii Tribune …hawaiitribune-herald.comRoy Yamaguchi Recipe: Haupia Cake - Coconut Pudding …hsn.comRecommended to you based on what's popular • Feedback
