DirectionsStep1Add the butter (softened), the egg, and monkfruit sugar into a bowl and beat together.Step2Add in the protein powder, cacao powder, and almond milk and mix well.Step3Add in the baking soda, baking powder and chocolate chips and stir until well combined.Step4With a cookies scoop, scoop cookies onto a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes at 350°F.Step5Once done let cool 2-3 minutes on the pan and then transfer to a cooling rack until room temp.Step6* These cookies are soft and gooey!
