2. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted ghee, almond milk, monkfruit sweetener, and vanilla extract.
3. In a large bowl, stir together the coconut flour, almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Whisk the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Let sit for a couple of minutes so the flour can absorb the moisture.
4. Transfer the batter evenly into the donut pan, filling 3/4 of the way. Bake for 16-18 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean. Cool on wire rack before removing from pan.
