1. Preheat oven to 180C/Gas 4. Grease a loaf tin.
2. Beat spread and caster sugar together in a bowl until pale and fluffy.
3. Gradually beat in the eggs until combined, then fold in the flour, mincemeat, raisins and milk. Spoon into the tin and bake for 1hr-1hr15 until a skewer comes out clean.
4. Cool in the tin for 15 mins then remove from tin and cool on a wire rack.
