Chocolate Walnut Fudge made with ONLY 4 ingredients, butter, chocolate, condensed milk, and walnuts, is the perfect indulgent treat for the weekend! Wipe down a piece of foil with the wrapper of the stick of butter, then line a deep 8x8 pan (if you don't have a deep one use 9x13) with it.
If you use a granulated low carb sweetener it won’t dissolve enough and your low carb fudge will taste gritty. So I highly recommend not using it. Instead, I use powdered Swerve. It works just like regular powdered sugar and will dissolve so you won’t have any sugar granules in your homemade fudge.
It's a great base recipe for chocolatey fudge. I substituted 1/2 the walnuts for cacao nibs and it was great.
