2. In a medium mixing bowl combine the butter, vanilla, and egg. Next add the almond flour, baking soda, and sweetener. Mix everything until smooth and uniform.
3. Transfer this mixture to a piping bag (or a plastic sandwich bag with about 1/4" cut off from one corner). I used no tip, but if you would like, a wide (1/4", flat tip would work best.
4. Carefully pipe the dough onto the prepared baking sheet into 24 ovals roughly 2" long, by 1" wide, leaving about 1-2" between each cookie.
