1. In a large pot boil 4 cups water, jamaica flowers and sugar, stirring until sugar is dissolved. More sugar can be used if you like it sweeter. Add cinnamon and ginger if using. Boil for 5 minutes.
2. Remove from heat and strain out jamaica. Add tea to pitcher along with 4 cups of cold water. Add lime and/or orange slices, if using, and chill.
3. Serve with lots of ice.
