1. Mix all the ingredients for paratha together, millet flour, besan. Cumin, salt, chili flakes, turmeric, asafetida, sesame seeds, oil, and fenugreek leaves. Notes: if you don’t have fresh fenugreek leaves use dry methi known as Kasuri Methi.
