Here’s how to make keto meatballs without breadcrumbs: Stir dry ingredients. Stir together grated parmesan cheese, almond flour, Italian seasoning, sea salt, and black pepper. Add wet ingredients. Whisk in almond milk, grated onion, egg, minced garlic, and fresh parsley. Let the mixture sit to soak a bit (see tips below on why!). Add meat.
