3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ones and mix together with a spatula (do not overmix). Fold in the white chocolate chips carefully.
4. Cover the dough and chill in the refrigerator for 1h30 minimum or ideally overnight. When ready to use, allow the cookie dough to soften at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before using.

3. Then mix in the dry ingredients and chocolate chips. Put this dough in the freezer while your oven preheats.
4. Preheat your oven to 400F (it’s hot, I know! I prefer to bake cookies at a high temperature for a short amount of time so they are cooked on the outside, but melty on the inside. Cookies continue to “bake” after they are out of the oven, so once they cool they become the perfect texture, I call it my cookie secret).
