1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a bundt pan or spray with nonstick spray. Set aside.
2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Mix in the eggs, yogurt, and the sour cream until well-combined.
3. In a separate bowl, stir together the cake flour, salt, and baking powder. Adding a little bit at a time, mix in the dry ingredients in with the wet ingredients until just combined. Stir in the buttermilk. Be careful not to overmix.
4. To prepare the filling, stir in the dark brown sugar and granulated sugar in with the melted butter. Stir in the cinnamon.

2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, erythritol or sugar, baking soda, and salt. Add in the almond milk, vanilla extract, applesauce, and vinegar until the batter is uniform and no pockets of flour remain. Take care not to over stir. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and set aside.
3. In the same bowl (we don't like dirtying extra dishes here), combine all the ingredients for the streusel topping and stir until completely incorporated, Sprinkle over the cake batter and gentry swirl using a knife.
4. Bake in the oven at 350°F for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool and devour.
