2. Place the Milk, Cream, Sugar, Mango Coulis and Vanilla Paste (optional) in a small pot and mix well. Place on the stove on a low to medium heat until it starts to simmer (see note 2) Remove from the stove.
3. Just before serving, pour the rest of the Mango Coulis over each set mango panna cotta.
