Total Time: 13 hrs 15 minsServings: 8Calories: 296 per serving1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9-inch pie pan (not deep-dish) with cooking spray.
2. To prepare crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter, sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon lime zest in a large bowl. Press evenly into the bottom and up the sides of the prepared pan. Bake the crust until golden brown, 10 to 15 minutes. Let cool completely on a wire rack.
3. To prepare filling: Puree mango in a food processor until smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any fibrous bits. Return the puree to the food processor and add yogurt, cream cheese, honey, lime zest and juice, cardamom and salt. Puree until very smooth. Scrape the filling into the cooled crust.
4. Freeze the pie until firm, about 12 hours. Once frozen, loosely cover with plastic wrap and freeze for up to 5 days.
