Scatter the peppers out evenly on the pan.Step4Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and roast the peppers, turning occasionally, until they are blistered and charred all over, about 12-15 minutes.Step5Remove the baking sheet from the oven and place the peppers back into the bowl. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel or loose lid and allow the peppers to steam for about 15 minutes.Step6Once the peppers are cool enough to handle, hold the peppers over the bowl and peel off the skins and remove the stems and seeds.
