DirectionsStep1In a large bowl, whisk all the dry ingredients together. Stir in water until the mixture forms a shaggy but cohesive dough. Do not over-work the dough. The less you "work" it, the more little air pockets will form.Step2Turn dough ball coating outside in olive oil and cover bowl with towel or grocery bag.Step3Let dough sit at room temperature for anywhere from 8-24 hours. Dough should have bubbles visible and rise a bit. This does not seem to really rise that much so don’t expect it to “double”.Step4When you decide the dough is ready, preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Put your Dutch oven, uncovered, (I put the lid on the shelf below) into the preheated oven for at least 30 minutes.Step5As your Dutch oven preheats, turn dough onto a floured surface and with floured hands, form the dough into a uniform ball. Cover dough with previous bowl cover to keep moist and let rest as oven heats.Step6After the 30 minutes are up, carefully remove Dutch oven. With floured hands, place the bread dough into it and cover. (I just slide rack out with pot and place dough in.)Step7Bake for 30 minutes covered. Carefully remove cover and bake for about 5-10 minutes more, uncovered. Ovens are different so keep your eye on it for your desired golden brown.Step8Remove bread to a cutting board and slice as needed with a bread knifeIngredientsIngredients3 cupsAll-Purpose Flour (or bread flour)3 teaspoonsNo Sodium Baking Powder (hain's)1 teaspoonVital Wheat Gluten2 teaspoonsMrs. Dash Original Table Blend Seasoning No Salt2 teaspoonsDry Yeast (either active dry or highly active dry)1 ½ cupsWarm WaterNutritionalNutritional142 Calories0.4 gTotal Fat30 gCarbohydrate3 mgSodium4.8 gProteinFrom tastyhealthyheartrecipes.comRecipeDirectionsIngredientsNutritionalExplore furtherSalt Free Bread - Recipe - Cooks.comcooks.comReduced Sodium Bread Recipe - Kidney Diet Centralkidneydietcentral.comLow-sodium recipes - Mayo Clinicmayoclinic.orgThe Best Low-Sodium Or Salt-Free Breads At The Grocery …womenshealthmag.com10 Best Low Sodium Bread Machine Recipes Yummlyyummly.com27 Low Sodium - Quick Breads ideas low sodium, low …pinterest.comRecommended to you based on what's popular • Feedback

    1. Preheat oven to 350 °F. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    2. In a large bowl, whisk together cream cheese and ricotta until smooth. Add the eggs and whisk in well.
    3. Add all the remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth. The dough will still feel sticky at this point. Let rest for 5 minutes for the moisture to be absorbed.
    4. With wet hands shape the dough into roughly a 4"x7" loaf. Place on your prepared baking sheet and with a small knife, cut 3 diagonal lines on the top and pull each line a little bit apart (this will make the bread look artisan!)

    1. In a large bowl, combine 1 cup of the flour, sugar and instant yeast. If necessary, multiply these quantities by the number of loaves you want to make.
    2. Add the oil and hot water and mix until the texture is smooth and even.
    3. Immediately after, gradually add the remaining flour. At some point it will be more convenient to mix it all up by hand. Mix and fold in the flour until the remaining flour no longer sticks to the dough and remains in the bottom of the bowl.
    4. On a flat, floured surface, hand knead the dough until smooth and elastic, about 2-3 minutes. Do not knead it too much, otherwise the dough will rise less well afterwards.

    1. Weigh your flour; or measure it by gently spooning it into a cup, then sweeping off any excess. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer.
    2. Mix and then knead the dough until it’s smooth and bouncy; this will take 5 to 6 minutes on medium-low speed of a stand mixer.
    3. Cover the dough and let it rest at room temperature for 15 minutes.
    4. Lightly grease a 9” x 5” loaf pan.
