This easy keto friendly cheese fondue is a fun party appetizer or main dish meal idea for a special occasion. What I like about this sauce is that it’s only a handful of ingredients and can also be made ahead of time if needed.
If the fondue seems stringy, stir in a teaspoon of fresh lemon juice. You can also add the lemon juice as a preventative when you add the wine to the pot, although the acidity of the wine itself is enough, in my experience.
