This low carb keto Strawberry Jam is delicious on just about everything. It only takes about ten minutes and four ingredients for an amazing jam. Add strawberries to a small stockpot. Smash a bit with a potato masher to get the juices flowing.
Bring the strawberries up to a simmer then turn the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes. Tear the bloomed gelatin into small pieces and stir into the strawberries to melt. Turn off the heat and adjust sweetness. Let cool. Spoon the strawberry jelly into a clean jar, cover and refrigerate.
