2. Slice the bell peppers and onion into strips and add to the slow cooker.
3. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours, or until chicken is cooked through and shreds easily.
4. Shred the chicken with 2 forks and and squeeze the lime over the fajitas.

4. Remove chicken from the Crockpot and let cool slightly. Use two forks to shred the chicken ( or slice into strips) . Add chicken back to Crockpot and mix with peppers and onions.

4. Mix together the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and sprinkle onto chicken. Pour in the remaining tomatoes, peppers, and onions. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low from 6-8 hours. Serve on tortillas with lime wedges.
