These muffins are low carb, high protein and low in sugar. The three necessary flours for this protein powder muffin recipe include: almond flour, tapioca flour/starch and cacao powder .
Low Carb Blueberry Muffins Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a muffin pan with 12 muffin tin liners. In a medium bowl, mix together the wet ingredients. In a large bowl, mix together all of the dry ingredients except for the blueberries. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined (do not over mix).
