1. Combine the first 6 ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Stir until well-combined and smooth.
2. Fold in half of the chocolate chips.
3. Line an 8x4" or 9x5" bread pan with parchment paper. Pour mixture into bread pan and place in the freezer for about 5 minutes.
4. Carefully, remove bread pan from the freezer and sprinkle top with remaining chocolate chips and a hefty sprinkle of sea salt.
