3. Transfer the beet chips to a large mixing bowl and toss them in the oil and seasonings. This recipe should be made in at least two batches to insure that the chips can bake evenly and get crisp. Start by placing half of the beets into the basket and cooking. Check the beets every five minutes and shake the basked when you do so to promote even baking.
4. Air fry the beets until they are crisp and dry in the middle. Repeat until all the beet slices have been air fried. Allow them to cool a bit before serving.
