DirectionsStep1Preheat oven 350 F. Slowly fold in the flour mixture.Step4Last stir in the coconut oil and quinoa (adding the oil in last prevents it from hardening).Step5Drop 2 heaping tablespoons of batter onto the baking sheet to form a cookie. Repeat until all the batter is gone.Step6Bake 10-12 minutes until cookies are slightly browned around the edges.Step7Remove from the oven and allow to cool 5 minutes on the baking sheet before gently removing and transferring to a cooling rack.
