DirectionsStep1Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.Step2To a large bowl, combine the four and Greek yogurt. Mix together until it becomes a sticky dough.Step3Lay the dough on a floured surface and roll out to a large rectangle and let sit and rise a little while you make the cinnamon glaze.Step4To a small bowl, combine the coconut oil, cinnamon and sugar. Mix together, then spread over the top of the dough rectangle.Step5Use a knife or pizza cutter to slice 10 strips, then roll each up into a cinnamon roll shape, placing the cinnamon rolls on the prepared baking sheet as you work.Step6Add to the preheated oven and bake for about 15-17 minutes.Step7Meanwhile, make the optional glaze or the cream cheese frosting and chop any nuts you will be adding.Step8When the cinnamon rolls are finished baking, remove from the oven. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before glazing and adding frosting.
