DirectionsStep1Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare an 8-inch by 8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.Step2Blend all ingredients except chocolate in a food processor or blender. Scrape down the sides and blend until smooth.Step3Transfer the batter to the prepared baking dish and smooth into an even layer. The batter will be sticky. Wetting a spatula with a small amount of water can help with this. Add the chocolate chips on top.Step4Bake for 30 minutes then remove from the oven and cool at room temperature at least 1 hour before slicing into bars.Step5Store the bars in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks or in the freezer up to 90 days.
