DirectionsStep1Boil lobster tails for 6-8 minutes or until shells are bright red. Remove tails to cool and reserve water to use as lobster stock.Step2Remove meat from shells then return the shell to water and boil for another 10 minutes. Using fine mesh strainer, strain lobster stock and reserve 2 cups.Step3Chop lobster meat into bite sized pieces. Set aside.Step4Add olive oil to medium-sized sauce pan and heat over medium high heat. Saute onion and garlic and cook for about 5 minutes.Step5Slowly add the wine, then stir in the Worcestershire, celery salt, thyme, paprika, cayenne pepper, and black pepper.Step6Stir in the tomato paste and reserved lobster stock. Simmer about 10 minutes.Step7Puree mixture in blender or use a stick blender in the pot until smooth.Step8Return mixture to pot, if needed, and add in the heavy cream and butter.     1. In a large stock pot or dutch oven heat the olive oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic, onion, carrots and celery in the oil until the vegetables are soft.
    2. Add the tomato paste, stock, Old Bay, white wine and bring the mixture to a simmer for at least 15 minutes.
    3. Blend the soup using an immersion blender until smooth, stir in the heavy cream. Reduce the heat to low and cover.
    4. In another skillet sauté the lobster meat in the butter, garlic and lemon for 3-4 minutes. Add the lobster and garlic butter to the soup. Blend again if desired.
