3. In a large pot of boiling, salted water, cook the linguine per package instructions. Before draining the pasta, reserve about 1 cup of the pasta water. Drain the pasta, then toss with the anchovy sauce. Start by adding ¼ cup of the reserved pasta water, and the parsley. If the sauce is too thick, add more of the reserved water. When the sauce is well combined with the linguine, add the swordfish and toss gently to incorporate.
4. Serve immediately with your favorite glass of wine and a crusty bread.
