3. Place on a bbq or a griddle pan and cook for approx 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally. Ensure the mix is cooked through before removing from the heat (you can prick it with a fork or skewer and hold to your top lip to check it is hot right the way through)
4. Whilst this cooks, mix your chopped mint and coriander with the yoghurt.
