If you do not have a paddle attachment for your mixer, you can use a blender or food processor to accomplish this as well.
3. Press the meat mixture into the bottom of a well greased loaf pan, and bake for 55 minutes.
4. Drain any excess liquid or fat from the loaf pan, and let the loaf cool for 15 minutes.

You can also meal-prep the components of these bowls separately and reheat before serving. Store the tzatziki sauce covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
