DirectionsStep1Wash the okra and pat dry thoroughly.Step2Remove the okras’ tops and quarter them lengthwise.Step3Place sliced okra in a bowl. Combine okra, gram flour, rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder, ajwain (if using) and garam masala. Using your hands toss everything to coat.Step4Sprinkle lemon juice all over (or use sprayer) and fold bringing the ingredients from the bottom of the bowl up to the top with your hands (but don't squeeze the okra in trying to make the seasoning stick).Step5Place one third of the okra (or 1/4, depending on the size of your air fryer) into air fryer basket in layer.Step6Set air fryer for 350 degrees F and cook 13-15 minutes until crisp and golden. Gently stir once halfway through and spray with oil.Step7Serve it right away so it remains crispy.Step8If you are serving them all at once. Remove one batch of okra fries on a wire rack. Repeat until all the okra fries are done.Step9Put all the fries back in the air fryer basket and reheat for 1 minute.Step10The same method applies as above. Instead of in an air fryer.Step11Season up the okra, but place them on a baking sheetStep12Roast at 400 -425 degrees for 20-25 minutesStep13Every oven cooks slightly different so keep an eye on them.Step14Its best to eat them right awayIngredientsIngredients800 gramsBhindi (okra)¾ cupBesan (bengal gram flour)⅓ cupRice Flour2 teaspoonsRed Chili Powder1 ½ teaspoonsTurmeric Powder1 ½ teaspoonsCoriander Powder1 ¼ teaspoonsGaram Masala1 ½ teaspoonsSalt¾ teaspoonCarom Seeds (ajwain/optional)¼ cupOil2 ½ tablespoonsLemon Juiceadd Oil (for spraying)See moreFrom simpleglutenfreekitchen.comRecipeDirectionsIngredientsExplore furtherKurkuri Bhindi (Crispy Okra) in the Air Fryer - Allrecipesallrecipes.comSindhi style crispy bhindi Crispy okra in air fryer - Mirchi …mirchitales.com5 Air Fryer Okra Recipes That Are Irresistibly Crispyallrecipes.comBharwa Bhindi (Stuffed Okra) - Air Fryer - Indian Veggie …indianveggiedelight.comBhindi Kurkuri - sanjeev kapoorsanjeevkapoor.comRecommended to you based on what's popular • Feedback
