1. Peel your fruit. Place in a food processor or blender along with remaining fruit and juice. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
2. Pour on dehydrator tray until all even. If you are using an oven, you will need to use a baking sheet with plastic on it. See notes for oven recipe.
3. For the dehydrator recipe, simply cover and turn on 135F for 5-7 hrs. (See notes for OVEN OPTION)
4. Once you get the consistency you like for fruit roll ups, turn off the dehydrator. Make sure they aren’t sticky in the middle first.
