Blossom Cookies are classically a cookie with a Hershey Kiss placed on top of the cookie right as they come out of the oven. There are many variations on the Blossom Cookie, like my Chocolate Peppermint Blossom Cookie or the classic Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies. This Chocolate Blossom Cookie is one of my favorite versions.
The chocolate kisses may develop a line across them when frozen, but they are still good to eat. Thaw the frozen cookie at room temperature for 30 minutes before enjoying. The most delicious kiss cookies! I can’t start to tell you how yummy these chocolate peanut butter blossoms are!
