3. Flip the mahi mahi to the other side. Let it cook for about a minute, and then bump the heat down to medium low. Add another tbsp of butter, lemon juice, minced garlic to the pan. Swirl the mixture around the pan.
4. Sprinkle some dried parsley on top, and garnish with sliced lemons, and serve!
