2. Get out 2 bowls. The first one is for all of the dry ingredients and the second one is for the wet ingredients.
3. Mix all of the dry ingredients well with a whisk. Now mix the eggs, vinegar and oil together. Then add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and blend well. The dough will be wet.
4. Now spoon out the dough into 5 equal portions onto the cookie sheet. Press lightly with the palm of your hand to flatten them slightly but don’t press down too much.
