3. I suggest using a fork to dredge each individual mushroom first in the liquid bowl (allow to drip over that bowl and then proceed) then through the dry ingredient bowl. Flick off any excess dry ingredients. Then place each mushroom into the air fryer basket. Do not overlap mushrooms. You will probably need to make more than one batch of mushrooms.
4. Air fry each batch for 8-10 minutes or until the appear to be browning and crunchy (done).
