1. In a blender, add all the ingredients except the ice cubes.
2. Blend at high speed until smooth. If you want a frothier blueberry smoothie, add more ice cubes, blend at high speed to combine, and serve immediately. For a sweeter smoothie, add more erythritol 1 teaspoon at a time, blend between each addition.
3. I don't recommend making this smoothie ahead of time, or it will form layers in the fridge. You will also lose the texture from the frozen berries and ice cubes.

1. If your frozen strawberries are large, chop them up a little smaller.
2. Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth. If some ingredients are sticking to the sides, stop the processor and scrape the sides down with a spatula. Then continue to blend. We don't want chunks of almond butter or cottage cheese visible in the smoothie!
3. Pour your well-blended keto smoothies into glasses. Top with fresh blueberries, if desired. These are easiest to drink with wide-width paper straws.
