Now, place the pressure cooker over medium flame and let the potatoes boil. Once the potatoes have boiled, drain the water and transfer potatoes onto a plate. Keep aside allowing them to cool down. Meanwhile, chop coriander leaves and green chillies.
2. Once the potatoes cool down, peel their skin and mash them in a bowl. Mix in jowar flour, turmeric powder, salt, ginger paste, garlic paste, chopped green chillies and coriander leaves in it. Mix it well.
3. Now, pour enough water and knead a soft dough. Divide the dough in equal proportions and roll into balls. Place one ball on the rolling board and dust with a little amount of flour. Meanwhile, heat the pan over medium flame.
4. Using a rolling pin, roll the ball into a flat disc. Place the disc over the heated pan and add 1/4 tablespoon of ghee on its sides. Roast the paratha until golden brown in color. Flip the side once the bottom side is done. Cook the other side as well. Once done, take the paratha off the flame and place it on a plate. Repeat the same step with the rest of the balls and cook the parathas.
