Yakiudon is a dish made by stir-frying udon noodles with meat, vegetables, or other ingredients with various seasonings. It's basically a udon version of yakisoba. In my chicken yaki udon recipe, I opted for a golden combo for the sauce, garlic, butter and soy sauce! Check out the recipe for details.
And just like the beef udon counter-part, this one is super easy to make as well! We start with making some Dashi to serve as the soup base. From there, we simply add some Monkfruit Erythritol Blend, Soy Sauce, Japanese cooking sake and salt for the flavors along with cut cubed chicken.
