4. Keep the veggie burger in the pan on low heat and put either 1/2 of the sautéed veggie combo on top of each veggie burger and then the vegan cheese to melt on top of that, or reverse the order. It doesn't really matter. Put a cover on top for 3-4 minutes to melt the dairy-free cheese.
