Some of you may have heard of a popular hibachi restaurant called Benihana. It happens to be one of our favorite dinner spots especially for special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries. They also happen to serve one of my favorite salad dressings, the Japanese Ginger Salad Dressing!
In a very large bowl add the sliced cabbage and romaine. Toss together well. Add the remaining salad ingredients and set aside to make dressing. In a small bowl whisk the dressing ingredients together until thoroughly combined. Pour over the salad and toss again until cabbage and romaine are coated well.
